The safari adventure in South Africa consists of a three-night stay at an environmentally-friendly tented camp in a private nature reserve, which is part of the Greater Kruger National Park. Guests will experience an interactive, hands-on safari.

Vital Information
The camp is unfenced, so children should be 9 or 10 years old or older. Malaria prophylaxis, such as Malanil, is recommended even though we have not had malaria in the area for many years. As it is a wild adventure, the camp has separate outdoor showers, toilets, and wash basins. There is no electricity, but an inverter is available to charge camera batteries and cell phones.
The Weather
Some may be affected by rain, but most of the activities except the walks & drives would be done under cover. Generally rain doesn’t last for more than an hour or two.
Session Length
The hole safari will take three nights stay.
The walks will take around from 1 to 5 hours
The drives usually about 3 hours
Story telling about an hour
The reptile demo usually 1,5 hours plus extra time for the guest to touch the snakes, baboon spiders, iguanas etc & ask questions
Bushcraft around 1,5 hour plus extra for everyone to try and light fire, make rope, & play around for a bit.
Numbers
To make the programme more cost-effective per person, the activity is programed for 8 people.
Spectators
Spectators are not able to participate in these experience.
What To Wear
Very casual, neutral coloured clothing and a good pair of worn-in walking shoes. Warm clothing for evening game drives during winter is required.
Availability
You can schedule your experience at any time, but it's advisable to book at least 3-4 weeks in advance. This allows us to arrange for the necessary specialists who lead the different modules, as their availability can be limited if booked last minute.
