The Experience
Your day begins at the airfield with a face-to-face briefing from your pilot. They will talk you through the flight plan, explain the safety procedures, and show you how the aircraft operates so you know exactly what to expect before leaving the ground.
Once the pre-flight checks are complete, you will head out to the tarmac and climb into the L-39 Albatros. As the engine starts up and you taxi out, you will notice how different the perspective is from a standard passenger plane. After taking off into the Florida sky, the pilot will demonstrate the jet's agility by pulling the aircraft through a series of tactical manoeuvres, including barrel rolls and Immelmann turns.
While you are airborne, you will get the opportunity to take the controls yourself. You will feel the weight of the aircraft change as you guide it through the air, experiencing how the controls respond to small adjustments while flying at high speeds. Your pilot stays with you the entire time to manage the flight, letting you focus entirely on the physical sensation of handling a genuine military aircraft.
After completing the flight profile, you will head back to the airfield for a smooth landing. Back on the ground, you can log the flight hours directly into your pilot logbook.

Important Information
To fly a fighter jet you have to be in good physical condition. The maximum height for this flight experience is 6.4ft and the maximum weight is 230lbs.
The Weather
The experience is weather dependent. If it is not possible to fly, a new date will be arranged for you.
Session Length
Your flight with the L-39 Albatros will take about 60 minutes, however the total experience will be approximately 3 hours, including a flight and safety briefing.
Numbers

Spectators
You are welcome to bring spectators to your experience who can admire your flight from the ground.
What To Wear
Please wear comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes. The flight suit, a helmet and additional equipment will be provided by your pilot.
Availability
Your Fly a Fighter Jet in Florida package is available throughout the year. Please note that weekends especially are very popular. Therefore we recommend an early booking with the supplier with at least two weeks before the desired date.
