During the journey you will indulge in a delicious seven course festive lunch, served with a half bottle of wine. After your meal, sit back and relax with coffee and Petit Fours.

Confirmed timings will be supplied with your travel documents which will arrive around 1-2 weeks prior to the date of your experience. • Duck and orange pâté confit orange, brioche croûte

• Trio of Smoked Fish. Hot smoked salmon, smoked halibut, smoked tuna served with pickled red onion, samphire, lemon dressing, dill crème fraîche and pumpernickel croute
  
  INTERMEDIATE
• Cider and White Onion Soup served with Gruyère croûte
  
  MAIN COURSE
• Turkey and Pheasant Ballotine served with Monmouthshire air dried ham, cranberry and chestnut stuffing, confit carrot, green beans, glazed parsnip, braised red cabbage, creamed potato and thyme gravy

Spectators

Spectators are not welcome on this experience. Anyone wishing to join you for your Christmas lunch should purchase a voucher.
